Overview

Bildits Education is a STEAM-accredited program that empowers schools to create a learner-centered, inquiry-based, and transdisciplinary learning environment. Students use Bildits’ proprietary realistic construction materials to build functional small-scale structures and tackle realistic construction challenges, gaining practical skills across various fields of engineering and design.

Through the hands-on, interactive application of STEAM principles, the program aims to foster a passion for learning by promoting curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and other essential 21st-century skills.

Our Mission

Bildits’ mission is to support schools in creating a learner-centered, inquiry-based, and transdisciplinary environment. The program seeks to inspire students by using real-world construction scenarios, empowering them to actively explore and engage with engineering and design concepts. 

Through this approach, Bildits aims to foster a passion for learning and equip students with practical skills that will be valuable both inside and outside the classroom.

Our Approach

Bildits Education bridges the gap between academic knowledge and real-life skills by providing students with realistic construction materials and tools that mimic those used on actual construction sites. The program challenges students with real-world engineering and architectural problems, such as building stable structures and understanding load distribution, which they must solve collaboratively. 

By engaging students in authentic construction experiences, Bildits not only teaches theoretical concepts but also demonstrates their practical applications, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-life skills.

 

Alignment with International Curricula & Customization

Bildits Education is aligned with most prominent international curricula and offers customization options for each schools to to align its content with their educational goals.International curricula covered to date:

  3. US Curriculum (NGSS + Common Core)

The Bildits Education Program has been widely adopted throughout the GCC by schools following Cambridge, IB, and US curricula.

    • Our kits include premium, realistic construction materials that simulate real-world building processes, offering everything schools need to get started—no additional equipment required.
    • All our kits comply with the strictest international safety standards, ensuring they are suitable for classrooms and retail worldwide. They hold certifications such as EN71, GMARK, and CE MARK, verifying their adherence to safety and quality regulations.
  2. Lesson Plans and Teacher Guides
    • Bildits Education offers fully developed lesson plans, covering key STEAM concepts related to construction and design. These plans are aligned with grade-specific learning objectives and can be easily adapted to suit the pace and schedule of the class.
